In this role he also directly manages the Market Presidents and Directors of Operations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Minnesota, New England, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Dan joined Apple American Group in 1998 as Director of Operations for the Washington Market as part of the companys initial acquisition of Applebees restaurants. In the 10 years previous to his tenure with Apple American, Dan worked his way from Applebees General Manager in Minnesota to Washington Director of Operations.
